• 1. General Information

• These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Indoor Golf Simulator (the “Facility”) operated by All Weather Golf , located at Cloncoskraine , Dungarvan, County Waterford  Ireland.X35 AX03

• By booking and using the Facility, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

• The Facility reserves the right to refuse entry or service to any individual who fails to comply with these terms.

• 2. Booking, Payments & Pricing

• Session Duration: Each session lasts 55 minutes, allowing time for changeovers.

• Participant Limit: Maximum 6 players per session.

• Pricing:

  • €30 per session (payable before the start of the session).

  • €5 per player per session (payable before the start of the session).

• Booking Confirmation:

  • Bookings must be made in advance through our online booking system.

  • A confirmation email will be sent once booking is made.

 3. Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling

• Late Arrival:

  • Sessions cannot be extended if you arrive late.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session may be forfeited with no refund.

• Facility Cancellations: If the Facility must cancel a session due to maintenance, technical faults, or unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive a full refund if applicable or an option to reschedule.

4. Arrival & Use of the Facility

• Arrival Time: Arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled session.

• Footwear & Attire:

  • Only clean soft-soled shoes (e.g., trainers) are allowed.

  • No golf spikes or high heels are permitted.

• Equipment Use:

  • Players provide  their own clubs.

  • Any damage caused due to misuse will be charged to the responsible party.

• Respect for Others:

  • Players must be mindful of noise levels.

  • Unruly, aggressive, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the Facility without a refund.

5. Safety & Conduct

• Player Responsibility: Players must act responsibly and adhere to all safety guidelines provided by staff.

• No Swinging Outside the Designated Area: Clubs must only be swung inside the simulator area to prevent injury.

• No Food or Drinks Inside the Simulator: Only bottled water is permitted in the simulator area.

• No Alcohol or Drugs:

  • The use of alcohol or drugs before or during play is strictly prohibited.

  • Anyone suspected of being under the influence will be asked to leave without a refund.

• Supervision of Children:

  • Players under 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times.

  • The Facility is not responsible for child supervision.

6. Liability & Disclaimers

• User Responsibility: Any damage to the Facility, simulator equipment, or other property due to misuse will be charged to the responsible party.

• Assumption of Risk:

  • Participants acknowledge that golf simulation involves physical activity and carries inherent risks.

  • By using the Facility, players accept full responsibility for any injuries sustained.

• Liability Waiver:

  • The Facility is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or lost/stolen personal belongings.

  • Players use the Facility at their own risk.

• Technical Issues:

  • If a session is disrupted due to simulator malfunctions, the Facility will offer a rescheduled session or a refund.

  • The Facility is not responsible for interruptions due to external factors, such as power outages or internet disruptions.

7. Data Protection & Privacy

We collect and use your personal data to manage bookings, communicate with you and operate the Facility. We may share your data with trusted service providers (such as booking, email and IT providers, and professional advisers) who process it on our behalf. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own marketing. Personal data is handled in line with applicable data protection law, including the GDPR. 8. Gift Vouchers & Promotions

• Gift Vouchers:

  • Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • Vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Promotional Offers:

  • Promotions are subject to availability and cannot be combined with other discounts.

  • The Facility reserves the right to withdraw or modify promotions at any time.

9. Right to Refuse Service

• The Facility reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who:

  • Fails to follow safety rules.

  • Engages in disruptive, violent, or disrespectful behaviour.

  • Attempts to use the Facility under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

10. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

• The Facility reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

• The most recent version will be available on the Facility’s website.
